The technicians are great. The customer service is absolutely abysmal. No communication and when they do, they try to tell you what you want to hear rather than reality. Took over 2 months for them to repair the oven

I was able to follow my tech and knew about when he would arrive. This allowed me to stay at work as long as possible. He was efficient and neat while he was in my home. He explained what the problem was, gave me a quote and once approved by me went straight to work on my repair. He was in and out in under an hour. Very polite and professional
