I was very pleased with the repair service I received. The tech, Michael, was on time, friendly and knew what he was doing. He explained what was wrong with the treadmill and exactly how to fix it. There were no surprises and the cost was fair and reasonable. The tech needed a new part to complete the repair, rather than just ordering the item and adding a mark-up he gave me the option to order it my self in order to save money. If I have any issues with my treadmill in the future I will use the Sears appliance repair service again. If you are thinking about using them I highly recommend it.

Knowledgeable and professional service tech. Diagnosed the problem quickly, order the correct part and repaired quickly next visit. everything was cleaned and put back in place and in perfect order.

Wayne was great! He called us to let us know he would be a bit late which we appreciated. When he got here he was personable & friendly, considerately putting on shoe coverings to protect the floors. He had a full understanding of the problem & fixed it quickly & efficiently. He was an awesome technician. Thanks!

Great service, on time, friendly, efficient, respectful

The man that was sent out did a GREAT job fixing and explaining what went wrong with our ice maker.He fixed in a fairly quick time and was very much a pro.Only complaint I have is when billing for the job,it locked out my credit card ,as the bank sees it as a fraud issue.If you are in CT and it says you are billing as you in NY,you have issues.

Ken was great. He arrived very promptly and diagnosed and fixed our 15 year old Kenmore in about 20 minutes, We were thrilled it wasn't a bigger issue. Thank you!
