Rescheduled with out knowing if I was available that day. Came to the house and pressed a button and said it was the motor with out actually doing diagnostic and then when we decided that we don’t want the work done charged up for pressing a button didn’t hook up a machine or be thing he was here for 20?min and was gone. Worker name Edward.C…..

Not convinced that the right part was ordered since they came back 3 times. Original part was rev A. Part ordered twice was rev B. I can not find a number to make a complaint AI takes over. Very frustrating Part shows 2 items can be ordered. Spent slot of money for nothing and Mom still a fridge that doesn’t work.

They gave us an appointment time of between 8am and 5 pm on a Friday. He showed up 6:30PM in the middle of dinner. There for about 1/2 hour to service two air handlers and two condensers. Never checked coolant level just temperature of air coming out of vents and rate of air return to returns. He did not even open the air handler to see if there was dirt or anything blocking the internal coils like they had done in the past. Not impressed.

Too quick for 4 appliances. When testing the washer and dryer on the spin cycle, no clothes were in the machines. How can you tell if the machine is off balance without any weight? When asked if the oven temp was off, he said yes 5 degrees. When I asked if it was low or high, he stumbled to answer me. Pointed out an issue with the refrigerator and he said, wait a couple of days if there's still an issue, call for repair service.

This review is for a Washer/Dryer tune up. The services performed did not meet the expectation of the description of the services communicated over the phone. Few examples: I was told there would be a full cleaning around the appliances. The tech only vacuumed what could be reached (front and one side). To me, "around" means taking an effort to pull out the appliances and do a full front, side and back cleaning. I was told the dryer vent would be cleaned both inside and outside. The tech made no effort to clean the outside, said they were not allowed. Given the quality of the service provided, it was not worth the charge. I will pass on this next time it is offered.

Edward came promptly and spent about ten minutes on a $350.00 job. However, when we tried to run the drier after he left, it emitted a strange rattling and squeaking sound that was not there prior to service. Edward needs to come back, determine the source of the sound, and repair it. At no cost, of course.
