Repairman arrived late (apparently due to the office not putting request on his schedule for that day. Once he arrived everything went well, and the snowblower worked great in the 16 inch snow we got several days later. Overall, very handy. Thanks.

The service technician was great - he went right to work when he arrived and had changed the oil and spark plug, found the cable that engages the augur was loose and tightened it up, all before I got back downstairs to tell him about it. He tested the machine out on the new-fallen snow from that morning and it was running perfectly.

I have used Sears Home Services for the last five years for my treadmill maintenance and repairs. The service was always excellent, and the technician very friendly and knowledgeable. I am taking one star off my review because lately they have been giving a nine hour window (8 am to 5 pm) for service.

Reliable with good communication. They will try to sell you a service warranty though. Technician was very friendly and honest with the repair estimate.
