Our technician Jason was amazing. All of the scheduling, notifications, and emails were pure hell. We did not know if our person was going to show up and they had no clue that he did show. Got a text 3 hours after Jason left that we were still on the schedule and not to worry. Sears sucks! Jason is awesome!

The price was impossible for replacing the time with some numbers were missing a piece of number and same with the baking numbers. For the oven. With price quote to do the work was $800.

believe this service quote is unreasonable. Your technician said the washer needs a new drain pump and quoted $675 for the repair, while a brand new washer costs around $550. I checked the market price for the drain pump, and it is under $120. However, your technician quoted $550 just for labor, which seems excessive for a relatively simple repair. It appears the goal is that the customer will refuse the repair so your company can still collect the $140 service visit fee without doing any work. That does not seem fair. Additionally, I specifically requested the drain to be fixed, but your technician did not even carry the drain pump in the vehicle, which suggests the repair was never intended to be completed during the visit. I purchased the drain pump from Amazon and received same-day delivery. The replacement took only about 25 minutes. It is unreasonable that your team quoted $675 plus tax for such a simple repair. Because of this experience, I will not recommend your company to others. Please review this situation and provide a reasonable explanation.

The tech that came out was fine and paid the diagnostic fee. He wrote up what had to be replaced and the parts that were needed. So I had to call and schedule the repair. Called to schedule and the so-called AI system was a joke! Anyway, I got a day scheduled and I received a call and this guy said on the phone that he had to get the money up front before he even came over plus half the original cost of the previous visit for the diagnostic. I even had a written document stating the original quote for the repair which was completely different from what he was quoting me. DO NOT USE these people. To me it's a scam. Who prepays for work that's not done yet. Not me. Good luck in dealing with SEARS. They are nothing what they use to be.

We scheduled service 2 weeks in advance and received multiple confirmations of the service. We were told the tech would arrive 9/19/25 between 8am and 5pm. However, we waited the entire day and no one showed up. There was no text or message indicating why the tech was a no show until after 5 pm when we finally received a text from the company's AI bot stating they need to reschedule. No thanks. We scheduled with another company for Monday.

Chris S. was Terrible and gave unbelievably jaw droppingly horrible non “service”. The “technician” walked up to the kitchen with his tools, did nothing and left. Poor attitude. Do not call these people. I called for a dishwasher repair and an unmotivated employee arrived to do nothing after being in my kitchen for 32 seconds. Now I have to figure out how to fix it myself.

Waste of an entire day. You cannot reach a person. Made an appt yesterday and was told they would arrive between 8-5. Took the day off. Kept trying to call throughout the day for a status. You cannot reach a person under any circumstances. Update kept saying I was next in line and technician was on his way. At 5pm, status showed he would arrive at 6:30 (scheduled time had 5pm at the latest). At 5:30, receive a text message that my appt was cancelled. No apology or explanation for my wasted time. No follow-up or request to reschedule. Don’t waste your time with a big name company outsourcing through AI with zero customer service. Edit: no I won’t be calling your 800 number, i will call a company that picks up the phone and actually shows up. I’m very impressed at the expedited response to a bad review, but an inability to respond to a phone call over a 15 hour time frame.

Edward came promptly and spent about ten minutes on a $350.00 job. However, when we tried to run the drier after he left, it emitted a strange rattling and squeaking sound that was not there prior to service. Edward needs to come back, determine the source of the sound, and repair it. At no cost, of course.

The repairman told me from listening to my dryer that nothing was wrong. He charged me $137.00 to tell me this. Few days later another repair company came by and said the problem was buildup in the blower wheel. He took the front off, cleaned out the blower wheel and lint screen housing. Now my washer is quiet and working properly. I will never recommend Sears Appliance Repair to anyone. I would have called Sears back but I thought if they did not hear a noise the first time why would they hear it now.
