The repairman told me from listening to my dryer that nothing was wrong. He charged me $137.00 to tell me this. Few days later another repair company came by and said the problem was buildup in the blower wheel. He took the front off, cleaned out the blower wheel and lint screen housing. Now my washer is quiet and working properly. I will never recommend Sears Appliance Repair to anyone. I would have called Sears back but I thought if they did not hear a noise the first time why would they hear it now.

My refrigerator is still not working. I attempted to contact Sears several times to resolve the situation All attempts have failed .There is no one that I can speak to with information on the repair of my refrigerator. This is the third time this month that this refrigerator has had a technician working on it and it’s still not working

The technician was prompt and informative. The rep I set the appointment with was misleading on cost. No help was provided. Waste of $119 dollars

Sears Home services in general. I cant get my washer fixed. Tecnician had initial visit. Diagnosed problem incorrectly and ordered a wrong part discovered by a 2nd technician who then discovered we needed another part which has been on backorder for 3 weeks. Numerous follow ups to customer service has led nowhere. The latest is that the part order was cancelled and nobody could tell me why. My credit card has been charged over $700 and the washer is still not repaired

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first repairman did not order all of the necessary parts, so the second repairman who came out had to order additional parts. The new parts were supposed to be overnighted to my home, but took almost a week, so then we had to cancel our third scheduled appointment and make a fourth appointment. When the third repairman arrived he STILL did not have all of the parts, but luckily had what he needed in the truck. He then refused to reconnect our dryer vent because he said it was too full of lint, so my husband had to go buy a new dryer vent hose and connect it himself.

THE FINAL COST WAS DOUBLE WHAT WAS QUOTED EVEN THOUGH ONLY AFTER FIXING ONE OF THE TWO COMPONENTS THAT THE TECHNICIAN SAID NEEDED TO BE FIXED THEY DISCOVERED THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN NEED TO FIX THE 2ND. THERE IS LITERALLY NO ONE THAT YOU CAN CONTACT AT THE BILLING DEPARTMENT, THEY ONLY GIVE YOU PHONE NUMBERS THAT GO TO DEAD VOICEMAIL BOXES THAT ACTUALLY TELL YOU "YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AT THE END OF THIS" . AND THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY HAVE DOUBLE BILLED ME. WOULD NEVER USE SEARS FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN
