This was a excellent experience. The tech listened to me, the customer, and immediately knew what the problem was. Fixed to my complete satisfaction. Very pleased. The previous tech did not know his stuff.

I didn't catch his name, my husband greeted him (Technician ID 0000843) - he was great. Unfortunately the repair was going to cost almost as much a purchasing a new dryer, so we're purchasing a new dryer rather than fixing this one. Great service all around from appt to service - will definitely use again and recommend - Thanks!
