This comment is for the SECOND part of the call, for the service provided on 7/25. The tech called when he was on his way, but didn't leave a voicemail message. I was at work, so he did go to my residence, and fortunately someone was home to let him in. I believe he completed the repair, but he did not apply the 20% discount for booking online, so I am now having to work with your resolution team for that refund. Unfortunately, the repair didn't resolve the issue, so I am still waiting for Sears to come to my house yet again to work on the freezer. Oh, this has been an issue since 7/20, and today is 7/31. But in all fairness, he did have to wait for the part to come in, a situation the tech didn't have any control over. It's rather discouraging that a customer can't speak to anyone besides an appointment scheduler on the phone. And it takes 24 to 48 hours for a supervisor to reply by email? And then doesn't?? That really points to the need for a new system in your customer service department. So as to the repair tech, he showed up and did what he could do. As for customer service and customer satisfaction after the fact, that's pretty much lacking.

Third trip to fix my ice-maker-hope it's the charm!! Each repairman was very courteous and seemed to assure me that it was the final cure...after three trips, I hope there's nothing else to fix! I'm using Sears cuz I trust the company. I don't like your "plans"-- way too expensive. I would rather just have a reasonable bill at the end of the day.

Repairman was great. But the refrigerator started making the same noise as before his visit. Need someone to come out and fix same problem again.

They did a gratjob on repairing my oven, but at a very expensive cost. $107. for part and $396. for labor (which took less than an hour).

Their techs are courteous and know their trade well. I can't give this business a 5 star due to the standard job labor charge. 80.00 part, 20 min. Fix $425.00!
