They correctly reinstalled a part that I had removed in a misguided attempt to access an item jamming the oven warming drawer. I was trying to get at it through the oven floor - no good. After that, I was able to unjam it through an opening in the rear of the oven, after pulling it out from its space. Then I did not get the oven part back in correctly, so I called. (FYI: Do NOT call them to unjam a stuck drawer - they said they do not do this. This is strictly DIY.)

The service tech arrived first thing in the morning. He was courteous, and friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner. I was more than satisfied! Thanks again. It was also easy to schedule online.
