The technician was fine. Very flexible as I processed my price grief and changed my mind about fixing or not. But close to $300 to fix a belt on a machine that has worked well until now? Outrageous!! The dented barrel has never been a problem. The damage wasn’t done recently. I’m just very upset that we are being so wasteful of a functioning machine because your repair is unaffordable!! Kai was fine. You priced us out of a repair. Shame on you.
