When they FINALLY got to do the service it was excellent.. The problem was GETTING them there. I made an appointment in mid June for July 3rdbetween 1PM and 5 PM. On the day they were coming I had my lawn tractor out IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY from 9AM. The service tech claimed that he showed up and no one was home. They are supposed to call when coming and I also had text alerts activated for additional info when he was arriving. So when I called to find out where he was around 4PM I was told he was there and marked me not home. I told the customer service rep the story and they told me he would return in 15 minutes. NO ONE EVER CAME. I called back and don't get me started with SEARS customer service. They are all in INDIA and DON'T SPEAK A LICK OF COHERENT ENGLISH!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I finally got a U.S. rep and was told there was no way anyone should have told me they would be back in 15 minutes. All he could do was reschedule me for another day. OK. I was set up for July 14th. The tech called as promised when he was on his way and I also got the text stating the same. Now he is coming to service my lawn tractor. I have an extended warranty through Sears for it so they know the model I have. When the tech arrives he looks at the tractor and says (I CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP) I can't service it today, I don't have the correct mower blades for this model. I will order them for you and you will get them in the mail. I will also set up a new date for you to have it done. GREAT!!!!!! So he sets up a new date for July 28th. I get the new blades in the mail 2 days before the appointment and the tech shows up and FINALLY gets the service done. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!!!! It is no wonder that Sears is shutting down stores. Horrible ordeal. Over a month and a half to get a simple service completed.

Pathetic. They fixed the original problem after 3 visits, which was out of balance during all spin cycles. Now it leaks all over the floor. They had to order more parts (third time) I doubt it will fix it. Worst repair experience ever. We over over thirty days without a functioning washer since we called it in. Total waste of money buying the service contract.

I have had this tractor serviced by Sears for over 10 years without any issue. This time, two days after the service I used the tractor and it is not running correctly> it starts, runs and then stops....I called you and instead of coming to see what is wrong or have the serviceman call me, you set up another appointment for May 20, 2020. I need to mow every week and this the reason I always have had you come and work on the tractor before the start of the season.

There is no one in our area to provide service, so our contract is essentially useless. No response back from our submission for reimbursement by having to find a local service person perform our contracted service. No way would I recommend using Sears Appliance Repair if you can't even fulfill the basics.

Didn't fix the problem. I thought you had it but the leaks continued. We are now buying a new fridge from one of your competitors. Unfortunately.

I did not call for Sears appliance repair but for roofing repair of a gutter that came off and needs to be replaced. I was told the repairs they did was for a 1 year labor guarantee. They upset me so much they were already rejigging on the work they did in 05/18. The experience with calling Sears Customer service is horrible and the system keeps on transferring you out when they put you on hold. Stay away from Sears.

My dishwasher was leaky. In my initial phone call they said the diagnosis was covered in labor costs and then I got billed for it. They charged me $400 for an hour of work, that ended up being a mis-diagnosis of the problem: A month later the dishwasher leaked a whole bunch of water flooded the basement. I talked to Harry in management and he was extremely unhelpful in guaranteeing me that the warranty would hold. Don't use them in the Manchester CT area!
