The serviceman was cordial and quickly busy repairing the refrigerator. I talked to him about the effectiveness of his repair work….He said to call in again if what he did was not working like we thought….Well, we are hearing new noises and the noise we have tried to eliminate was still there but not as loud…so I really would like to try again with the same serviceman we had previously.

The tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it quickly, and was professional. They could do better on price, but they definitely get the job done.

The person, a women, who came out was very nice and did a very good job repairing our problem.

The repairman provided the service we needed for the dryer, in a friendly and timely manner!

Took some time to sort out what was really wrong with my Maytag dishwasher. But finally got it done and working again.

The person who repaired my refrigerator did a great job and everything is now working great! He was courteous and careful. The only downside was the cost, it was pretty expensive for the amount of time it took to fix it. Labor was just over twice as much as cost of the parts, which are also inflated.

Very good customer service. Technician knew what he was doing and completed repairs promptly.

I did tell him that the machine has a tendency to walk along the floor before he started his maintenance check.I should have put a load of wash in the washing machine so that when he ran it, the machine would have walked along the floor. I did my usual wash and the machine walked again and was making noises. He didn't seem concerned with the machine walking and said the bearings were fine. The walking was probably because of the sub-floor.
