We were told we need a new compressor. Told to deal directly with Sears. Made an appointment through Sears as we will pay for labor ourselves..our part is under warranty, no charge. Appt set for Fri Aug 21 - must bring part.

Paul was a great technician. He solved my problem. But costs are high for length of time and no parts needed replaced. Nearly $500 to remove dust from a freezer part.
