Paul is great!!!! - Sears is horrible. This has been going on for 7 months - they send him out, he reports, then they say it wasn't done the way they want it. We called them together today, then he had to call yet another number and hopefully it's moving toward resolution. I honestly think Sears is trying to avoid fulfilling the warranty.

He was polite and seemed to know what he was doing but had little regard for giving us a smaller window of service. I think he could have known early this morning that he wouldn't get to us until late this afternoon.

The tech that came out was informative and knew what he was talking about. My complaint...I bought a maintenance agreement with my refrigerator. I was told that it included once a year maintenance check and the replacement of the two refrigerator filters at no extra cost. This made the package pay for itself over a several years. Well, the replacement of the filters is at a cost of $130, double the cost on Amazon.
