Great techs
The two techs today fixed my double ovens. They were very thorough. It took about 2 1/2 hours and they said to let them know if anything wasn't working after I use the ovens today. Very polite and professional.

Washer service
Khanh was very professional; didn't try to sell anything we didn''t need. Indicated we keep a very clean washer and dryer and probably will have another year or so of use. He answered all questions about warranty/service policy. Would like to have him back in the future, if possible.
