The tech we had on.the 1st visit was the same tech who finished the job he listened to what the issue was he ordered the part and our dishwasher works like it was brand new thank you for people who still listen and do great work well our 1st tech wound up being wrong so Kevin was sent and he ordered the correct part and 1 week later it was fixed now just have to use the machine

Paul was very professional and took his time thoroughly checking the freezer for any issues. None were found and he adjusted the temperature and thinks this may correct the frost issue. This appointment was covered by our extended warranty. You do not have a $0 option on this survey so I checked $1-$50 as I could not leave that blank. He went over the entire fridge before he left.

Paul was the best you have and went the extra mile with problem solving, excellent and needs a rise for his professionalism and promt arriveial. He asked all my concerns and questions and explained what was causing the problems, which I appreciate all he did to help and keep us safe with our appliance.
