The tech was very nice and friendly. He showed up on time and went right to work. He feels that he fixed the problem and on repairs you never know. He said to call back if it doesn’t work but he feels it will be ok. This was the first time and he was here and wasn’t one of the technicians that didn’t show up like others have complained about. I have always been happy with Sear’s. Thank You!!!!!😊

Paul was awesome. I had another repairman that I called 3 different times and didn’t know how to fix the temperature fluctuations. After Paul checked the refrigerator, he discovered one door had a broken part and wasn’t shutting properly. He ordered parts in and returned to repair the refrigerator quickly. So thankful for a knowledgeable individual that really helped us out!!
