Johnny was the best tech by far. He is knowledgeable and thorough. He was the only one who called and asked for more iinformation and the only one who showed up when he was supposed to. Our dishwasher is humming along nicely thanks to Johnny.

My Sears technician was knowledgeable, polite, and willing to help me figure out what I needed to do in my situation. However, I will not use a Sears technician again because they expect you to wait a 9 hour window (8 am - 5 pm) which is just too long! I can't give up my entire day!

The automated system is less than worthless. There is no way to contact a human. If anything is wrong on there end you will never get the schedule corrected. I would recommend using anybody else before sears.
