My ice maker stopped working. Seats made it easy to schedule online at a time that worked for me. They arrived in time and prepared—as they used text and email to gather info prior to them getting here. They called ahead so I knew they were close. Ethan, our tech confirmed the problem and completed the work expeditiously. I’m impressed. You can still count on Sears!

Dan and con did a really good job of checking out our double wall events to find out why the lower one was so hot. After they said we don't even need a part they just needed to recalibrate them.They took care of it and showed us hiw to do it ourselves if needed in the future

The technicians for A&E are excellent and knowledgeable. The issue comes with the schedulers and the fact that when you call to schedule an appointment you can be on hold for an hour or more.
