The technician that came to my home, Vlad, was very efficient, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He answered many questions for me and was so helpful. Because of his wonderful service, I decided to buy my new washer from Sears. I will call Sears again in the future, first, because of the wonderful experience I had with Vlad. Sears hires great techs and sells great products.

The LADY technician was fabulous , she should get a raise . Been with Sears for over 20 years . Very knowledgeable and efficient.

These stars are NOT for sears in general, they are for the particular guy who came to repair, who's name I never got. He discovered that the problem with our Kenmore dishwasher was due to a bad initial install, which was bound to result in this problem. He made the adjustment to the better way, and gave me a break on the price to account for the fact that the problem originated from the installing technician, not from the appliance or the user. The thing that concerns me is that sears obviously has some technicians (not this one) who either don't know what they are doing, or are deliberately creating future service calls for their company by doing shoddy work in initial installs.
