Aaron came to fix a part on our microwave. It still didn't work, so he ordered a new part and came back and installed that. Very good service.

Fast and friendly. I also had over-ordered parts, and the sales lady told me up front. Also, when I looked at the main part, turns out I didn't need a couple of other parts either. Saved me almost half of the total. Awesome customer service!

Finally!! I came to hate my oven. I had an appointment that Sears out sourced. Was worse. It took over two hours and my bread was still not done. Then I got an appointment with a Sears repairman. Within a few minutes he found the problem and now I have a dependable oven that cooks according to the recipes.
