The repairman was actually able to make it to our scheduled appointment. When he arrived he quickly serviced our refrigerator.

The serviceman arrived in a timely manner. He politely introduced himself to me. He placed shoe protectors on without even asking. He wanted to know what my concerns were regarding the washing machine he came to service. He was very thorough and solved the problem that brought him here. He was very professional.
