My Service tech was awesome!!!! and I knew the date of his return 8am to 5pm . The day of the repair service, I was not notified WHEN he was on his way. I could have prepared better if I had known.

Repair technician was great. He was frustrated with the AI management system which causes huge delays. My interaction with the AI for scheduling the appt was horrible, including a no-show. Sears got us the part right away, but it took over a week for the repair, which I blame on the AI scheduling system.

Paul is great!!!! - Sears is horrible. This has been going on for 7 months - they send him out, he reports, then they say it wasn't done the way they want it. We called them together today, then he had to call yet another number and hopefully it's moving toward resolution. I honestly think Sears is trying to avoid fulfilling the warranty.
