Gentleman showed up on time, serviced our refrigerator, informed us of what he did and was courteous and helpful.

The repairman was very good. However, having to wait four days to have a refrigerator repaired is not acceptable. Having a Kenmore appliance fail after four years is also not acceptable. I have used Kenmore appliances for 50 years and they have all lasted 25 or more years.

Two weeks (2x's) for a service call(s) is way to long! One month without a refrigerator! And it was a warranty claim! Technicians were GREAT!

Good service, problem solved. Arrival after projected 4-hour window.

The order somehow got recorded as a cook top problem, which it never was. The service techs always asked about the cook top. Kevin was the third service tech to visit and he realized he needed to order the replacement control board for our double wall oven and rescheduled the service call. When he came to swap out the control board he did the work just fine. No problems. Your automated service app was texting me a few times that I could change the service date but did not respond to my email replies.

Sergi was fine, because he honestly told me the part needed was unavailable and my washer was probably beyond repair. How nice it would have been if the incompetent Kevin had not told me it could be fixed and ordered the wrong $300 part last week. I will never use your service again.

I don’t like waiting all day for repair man. I feel tide up. It would be nice to know the time they are coming. I could go and do other business

The service technician was great but the waiting all day is unacceptable. Shorter time frame would work better.

The price for repairing my front load clothes washer was sky high. Just the part was over $900. I'll look for a cheap washer. The estimate was $1400 to repair an old Kenmore. The tech was ok, he must be New and kept calling his mentor. The link leading to this review page is a joke! It flashed the techs name so fast that one cannot even read his name and it appeared that Sears gave him a 5 Star rating on that page, not me. Their tech needs experience with talking to customers and he deserves to gain that experience, I'm sure he'll do better with experience. Practice like learning to play an instrument. Maybe try reading a book outloud, I did and found it very helpful.
