Sears customer service is the worst!!! RJ, my first technician went to the wrong house. Sent me a picture of the wrong house, and cancelled me. He was 2 houses down. I never saw his truck. All the while I was texting him saying he was at the wrong house. CS phone line is a joke. The only thing that saved this horrendous experience was Paul S. He was lovely and wonderful and showed up to help me. Thank you Paul! I will never buy anything from Lowe’s again due to the terrible business they choose to handle the warranty service.

The service technician never came, I don't understand why they are asking me to give them a review. After cancelling the appointment on me 4 times, I am beyond frustrated.

He came to fix my refrigerator, told me it was fixed and left. It wasn’t. I calledSears and they told me the technician will come back the same day. He didn’t. I called again. They told me that they would send somebody on Monday which was two days later. I said no and when I called again I got a text message. The service was terrible. I’m still wanting to get it fixed and or return my money which was more than $350.

New appointment scheduled for 2/19 after 3 TIMES NO SHOW by a repairman! Communication is near zero from this company and it's almost impossible to reach a live person to discuss our issues. Twice now the repairman canceled our service order without any call or text to us. We had to rent a refrigerator the day before Christmas and we are still paying for it. And even though NO repairman has shown up since early January, Sears Home Services has already deducted the $100 deductible from our account. Amazing! It seemed that Zach, the initial repairman back in December, had fixed the problem. However, The next day we discovered that the refrigerator section was getting warmer and there was excess condensation on the interior near the ice maker. Even though it had been only 2 days since the repair had been done, the earliest appointment offered was for 15 days later. Not acceptable!

We had 2 technicians. We don't think either had an idea of what they were doing. They made our stove even worse than it was before they came. I would never use your services again.

I've had a request to replace parts on my dishwasher since August through my home warranty. This has been an incredibly frustrating waiting game. The technician has failed to show up 4 times now. I've called about it and they assure me the tech will be out and that they've "escalated it". I don't care about that, I just needed them to show up and fix it. It's more than inconvenient to schedule your day around the repair and have a tech not show up repeatedly. I'm going to repair it myself at this point. Good luck to anyone that uses this service.

Horrible! The technician didn’t show up and tried to diagnose from a text message. The tech before diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part was here for him to install. He cancelled our service. Sears warranties are completely useless. I have paid for the warranty for years and now I finally use it and it’s been a horrible experience
