Did not fix the issue and I’ve been trying to call back to reschedule this appointment and the automated system will not forward me to a technician to talk to them. This system is awful.

First, the wrong type repair tech was sent out regarding my Kitchenaide refrigerator - he was there to do an annual check-up and could not do repairs. Next, the repair tech that came out afterwards spent 4 hours, took everything out of my refrigerator for those 4 hours, asked if I would put it all back in and left greasy hand prints on my stainless doors. The repair was scheduled for my icemakerr not making ice, He put in a new evaporator and said I should have ice by the next day. I have not had any ice plus my freezer is not cooling properly since the appointment. I called two days after he was at my house and got another appointment, but it was for 6 days after the first appointment. Meanwhile, my ice cream has melted and my meats are partially defrosted.

We've had 10 service calls on or GE washer sine it was purchased in 2012. We finally got the warranty department to agree to replace the unit. We purchased a whirlpool product and when it was delivered, the Sears people entered the home with snow on their boots and no booties, they tore down the box for the new washer and rested the box against my new car and then left without balancing the machine. It rocks wildly when on spin so I guess it's up to me to make it level. Thanks Sears for reminding me to never buy product from you.

Horrible! The tech said he had a bad day, so he came over, ran a cycle on my appliance while taking a nap and left!!!! I don't call that a repair or even service.

I was advised to get a Kenmore vacuum by many very pleased family members who have had theirs forever and maybe taken it in once to have it repaired same day at Sears for maybe 40 dollars. I purchased one of their vacuums and it started making a load noise within the first 2 years. I took it to sears where I waited for quite a while to talk to an employee who basically told me it would be stupid to have it diagnosed there for 50$ when I can find a mom and pop place to do it for 45$ and that they could maybe fix it for cheaper. The entire time he was basically trying to talk me out of having it repaired at Sears. But he wasn't helpful enough to recommend another place or say that it could be fixed but a random place. So I was there with my vacuum let's just send it off... i got a call a couple weeks later it was the motor and coil mechanism they replaced (which wasn't broken in the least) and after its all said and done it cost 242.74 to fix my vacuum. Again the employee basically talked to me like I was idiot for even go through with this but really I figured Sears wasn't this ridiculous and I have zero experience finding random alteration/ vacuum repair places. I would never do this again and over all it was funny how ridiculous and expensive this all turned out to be. But it wasn't a joke. I don't see myself ever buying another Kenmore, ever getting another repair done at Sears or really ever shipping there again. I also find the fact they guarantee this work for 30 days a joke. Also my vacuum came back extremely scuffed up and dirty with long red hair's on it... why did it come back filthy? This seriously is all comical how awful it was all done. Bad customer service all around.

Awful is all that I can say. We've purchase this microwave in 2013 with an extended warranty. Since that time, the microwave has become inoperable 6 times. Each time it breaks down it takes a minimum of 2 weeks for Sears to fix it. This last time the microwave was down for an entire month before they could fix it. I sent multiple complaints to the Sears Customer Care department only for them to reply that "This was the best they could do as they just didn't have any time slot available to fix it sooner." I asked that this microwave be replaced as I believe it falls under the "Lemon Law". They chose to ignore that request and asked that I give them one more try. Either Sears products are junk, and they don't stand behind them, or they are running their service department without a concern for their customers. When you purchase a brand new appliance, is it too much to ask that the appliance run, and if it doesn't, that it's at least repaired within a few days of being inoperable? You pay for the extended warranty, but what you get is horrible service. Either way, the customer suffers. Totally unacceptable. Buyer Beware!
