Your technition was very professional, knwledgable, punctual, and friendly. Having been a biomedical technician myself for 27 years, he was appreciative of that fact and our conversations went to a level of mutual respect and a more technmical level. I think we both enjoyed being able to be more technically specific about his repairs. A very positive experience... I hope, for us both.

The repair person was the best I have seen in a very long time. He had the machine running and repaired in no time. What did take forever was Sears billing equipment. Because of my location computers and cell phone do not have service and the man had to spend forty five minutes on hold on the land line in order to finalize things. If you had a better system he should have been on his way in lest that an hour, as it was he was here almost two. Fix your system.
