Carlos was fantastic, did and excellent job with communication and fixing the problem. We are not impressed with how many groups we needed to call to get to the repair date. We submitted our claim 1/28 and it was repaired nearly a month later. We’ve spend at least $130 on the laundry mat for a family of 5 during that time. Thank you to Carlos for getting the job done.
