Paul E was excellent. Checked everything. Took fridge apart to check inside what was going on. Found my door was broken and probably causing compressor to run all the time which was causing compressor to run constantly. I will request him from now on and I would recommend anyone needing repair with Assurant with Sears to request him. He was awesome. Not only good at his job but explained what was going on and very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with service
