Paul helped diagnose the issues with our dishwasher the first visit out. This did take some patience as the dishwasher would run for 20 minutes before turning off abruptly. I appreciated his dedication to helping us resolve the issue! We had one guy come out prior to Paul who didn’t wait to see what was happening and it can feel pretty frustrating. I would recommend Sears appliance repair.

Jestavian T came out the first time and he knew exactly what was wrong with my washer just by the sound of it and I ordered the part and then he came back and installed the motor drum and had my washer sounding brand new. Thank you so much!!!

RJ arrived to replace refrigerator light and two door gaskets. However, he soon realized they only sent one gasket, not two as he originally ordered. He said he would order the 2nd door gasket and showed me how to replace the other gasket which looks incredibly easy. However, R.J. successfully did replace the one door gasket and the light without any problems. Every time he shows up he does an outstanding job and is very friendly and professional. Hopefully the 2nd door gasket does show up soon so I can replace the gasket.
