Our tech was very helpful in that he explained what the problem was with our washing machine. He was also very patient because it seemed the part I needed to replace was not coming off very easily.

After waiting from 8-5, the repair man showed up across the street at 5:06, took a picture of me and the mailbox, filtered me out, and left. The AI sent me a notice I was not home. No live human was available to take a complaint. They sent a different tech who showed up today and overcharged me for two service calls! I gave five stars so they would post this!
