Good communication with about appointment time and arrival times. Serviceman was thourough in diagnosis and explained things as he went. After initial service did not resolve the issue, serviceman clearly knew the next step to take to resolve the issue. Even drove across town to pick up the needed part. Was not charged a second trip charge to come back and finish repair. Very satisfied with this service.

Quick and efficient

The month before I called SEARS I had a Home Depot furnace guy look at our furnace. We had sporadic issues where it would blow cool air but no heat. He tried to push us into a new furnace and charged us for a service call where he "cleaned" a relay switch. SEARS comes out replaces the relay switch (for the same price as Bozo to clean it) and BAM! We have consistent heat for a fraction of the cost. You will save yourself money and be guaranteed professional advice - not a sales pitch if you go with SEARS!! Great work beyond my expectations!

Your technition was very professional, knwledgable, punctual, and friendly. Having been a biomedical technician myself for 27 years, he was appreciative of that fact and our conversations went to a level of mutual respect and a more technmical level. I think we both enjoyed being able to be more technically specific about his repairs. A very positive experience... I hope, for us both.
