Other than having to come back multiple times for various reasons the service was great!

We found the repairman that came to our house was very very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He was efficient and got right to the job of fixing our regrigerator. I have to say this was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this person and would like to have him come whenever we need a repairman.

I loved the text & email updates. Originally it was a 4 hour window from 1:00 - 5:00. Mid-morning I received a text directing me to the website for an updated ETA. It said between 2:30 - 4:30. I then knew I didn't need to be home by 1:00. The technician called me when he was on his way. He was very polite & efficient! Sears has a great program in place! I wish the other service companies were this efficient!
