I loved the text & email updates. Originally it was a 4 hour window from 1:00 - 5:00. Mid-morning I received a text directing me to the website for an updated ETA. It said between 2:30 - 4:30. I then knew I didn't need to be home by 1:00. The technician called me when he was on his way. He was very polite & efficient! Sears has a great program in place! I wish the other service companies were this efficient!

The technician was very courteous and thorough and explained to me why the dishwasher is working the way it is. Highly recommend this technician.

So nice to have a repair that works.
