My service was excellent. The repairman, Rodger, diagnosed the problem and assured me I had a good dishwasher and all I needed was to replace a couple of parts and then I would be good to go. He was very pleasant. I would recommend his repair work at any time.

My ageing snow blower wouldn't start, not a pop. I called Sears because it was a Craftsman and they had any parts I might need. The repairman arrived at the scheduled time and began the trouble shoot and found the problem rather quickly. Once corrected, he fired it up and with a few adjustments got it running smoothly. All in about 10 minutes.

Our icemaker stopped working and they replaced it, no problem. Working great, now.

The technician was efficient and informative. My dryer heating function was restored in short order via thermostat replacement. The prior servicing of my dryer was reviewed.

The technician, sorry don't recall his name, was spot on in his diagnosis. The estimate I felt was a little high and I expressed that it was going to cost nearly half the original value of the snowthrower to repair it. He empathized that parts and labor are not cheap, but that he could get it working. So I agreed to fix it and ultimately, after all was said and done, the final price was comfortably less than the estimate so I felt great about the repair and thankful he got it working again. The technician was a really great guy too, very friendly and conversant, great serviceman!
