The technician, sorry don't recall his name, was spot on in his diagnosis. The estimate I felt was a little high and I expressed that it was going to cost nearly half the original value of the snowthrower to repair it. He empathized that parts and labor are not cheap, but that he could get it working. So I agreed to fix it and ultimately, after all was said and done, the final price was comfortably less than the estimate so I felt great about the repair and thankful he got it working again. The technician was a really great guy too, very friendly and conversant, great serviceman!

The Sears repairman called about 45 minutes before arriving and asked us to empty out freezer which we did and it gave me time to clean it, too. He arrived when he said he would and went right to work. Had it repaired within 30 minutes, explained what was wrong with it and left. He wasn't over chatty but very friendly. I had purchased the repair plan that Sears offers and it didn't cost me anymore than what I had paid for the plan and the plan is still good for the rest of the year. Very happy with it all.

Very satisfied with the service. The service lady was quick, competent, and efficient. She had to order parts and said she would come back at the end of her day to finish the job. She returned at 6:45 pm and finished installing the parts. I believe she went above and beyond. Great Job!!

Your technician was very polite & expressed concern for our safety on our microwave which the door & the vent had to be replace for the third time. The glass had swifted and exposing Radiation to all of us. He tape it until the door came in. I believe I was sold a lemon
