Fast and friendly. I also had over-ordered parts, and the sales lady told me up front. Also, when I looked at the main part, turns out I didn't need a couple of other parts either. Saved me almost half of the total. Awesome customer service!

Finally!! I came to hate my oven. I had an appointment that Sears out sourced. Was worse. It took over two hours and my bread was still not done. Then I got an appointment with a Sears repairman. Within a few minutes he found the problem and now I have a dependable oven that cooks according to the recipes.

Shawn was our service tech. He's been to our house before for prior a/c repairs. Always friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly explains things and takes the time to show me how and why it works...or sometimes why it isn't working. Will use Sears repair again because of good service techs! Never felt ripped off or like I was being sold something I didn't need. I've had those experiences with techs from other companies and won't ever go back. Thanks Sears!!!
