Joe came out and assessed that we needed add'l parts; ordered them right on the spot, gave me a new svc date and performed the maintenance on our lawn tractor w/new parts sent to our home. It purrs like a kitten! Definitely recommend Sears Home Svc. because of Joe. Thanks Joe!
