Solved the problem I had with my dryer.

The service repair men who serviced our oven were experienced technicians. They were respectful and shared relevant information not only on our oven's malfunctioning, but provided preventive information to ensure enduring peak oven performance.

Repaired our water heater and it's working fine. Very nice, professional tech took care of the problem

Our dishwasher suddenly would not go to "zero" on time or drain completely at the end of the cycle. It was also time for routine maintenance on our washer, which we have a service plan for. We got a WONDERFUL repairman, Johnny, who is older but REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF, as well as being a very nice man. He and his partner worked on our appliances for an hour and determined that repairs to the dishwasher would cost more than a new dishwasher. He billed the service for the dishwasher as a "second appliance" under the washer so saved us money, which it was nice to put towards a new dishwasher the same day. Sears is good for repairs, possibly because they DO ALLOW older employees who know a LOT to keep working as long as they want to. We call Sears for everything, even non-Kenmore appliances.

The repair went quickly. This is my second Sears Home Service Repair. The repair man knew what he was doing, got right to the problem and the repair went really well. I would highly recommend Sear Home repair.
