Process for scheduling repair is bad. When I wanted to schedule appointment to fix a problem a technician failed to resolve from a previous visit, I had to start all over again from the back of the line; overall, it took this business about 2 months to repair my refrigerator. Not happy about the process for scheduling appointments. They should allow scheduling appointments sooner when work done earlier by their resources fails to fix the issue. Of the two technicians who showed up to repair, one didn't get it done while the other technician was good; hence the 5 star rating for him.
