The severe man was very nice. He put in a factory ice maker because the referbished one Did not work. Apparently if you have a warranty you have to replace the parts with used refebished parts so the service man can come out 4 times. He then puts in a working factory part, new, and guess what... .I have ice. AMAZING! !!!

They repairmen were great they did a wonderful job....I still waiting on the last part to be replaced so I'm hoping that will be just as pleasent

Repair went well and technician was competent and respectful. The reason this did not get five stars is due to the company's policies. They tell you it is a $99 diagnostic fee. What they fail to tell you is that the minimum labor fee is $299 (which I paid for a 20 min repair!). It is outrageous!

The service and technician that worked on my dryer were excellent. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered questions that I had. My complaint doesn't have anything to do with the service, but rather with the scheduling which seems to be sourced out as everyone seems to only know enough English to schedule and doesn't understand when you say a date/time doesn't work and schedule it anyway.

This was not a repair but it was a warranty check up. The tech did not use the booties that I saw in his tool box. He didn't act as though he was familiar with this model of washing machine.

Five stars as long as Sears outsources the repair. The third party provider was able to diagnose my issue over the phone, get a part in by the next day, and then service the equipment all within 4 days of me calling in the issue. If the repair is done by Sears then I would only give them 1 star. You are looking at 2-3 weeks in obtaining a repair. Totally unacceptable, and something that could be corrected if their process wasn't so convoluted.
