I will never buy a service agreement from Sears again. I called for our annual visit on our Master Protection Agreement, and the repairman that came did something to the fridge so that the door no longer seals. I called the day after he was here as soon as I discovered it, and it took a week and a half to get someone else out. That person lied to me and told me a part was being ordered and that I would be called back for setting up an appointment for the repair to be done. That was 2 weeks ago. No part has come. I was on the phone today for over an hour and a half, and nothing even went in my record notes about a part being needed. Sears is denying responsibility, and they are not sending someone to look at it for another week. So it will be over a month without a fridge door that closes properly, and they will likely end up trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to repair something they broke in the first place because in the meantime our protection agreement has expired.

The repair technician was competent and professional but Sears customer "service" is HORRIBLE! My repair appointment was delayed 3 times, supposedly because the technician was delayed on a prior appointment. After the 3rd delay, I contacted customer "service" for help. They were able to find a different technician to handle my repair and promised a $50 gift certificate would be e-mailed to me within 3 days. That all sounded good, except the $50 gift certificate part was an outright lie by the customer "service" representative. After 9 days had passed and no gift certificate, I called customer "service" to follow-up. Not only was there no record of the gift certificate order in my record, the second customer "service" representative told me there was no way another representative would have promised me anything like that. So, if you like being inconvenienced and straight-up lied to, Sears is the place for you. If, on the other hand, you're a regular person who just wants to be treated well, I suggest you consider another source for your repair needs.

Very poor service. Now on my 5th repair appointment for the same appliance. Refrigerator still not working. Two of the appointments were for a specified time range; one appointment a no-show. The other was after 5pm and then the technician said it was too late to do anything. All 5 appointments I have had to take a half day off work to be home. I am $1,000 into repairs and still no working refrigerator. This is ridiculous and frustrating. This review forced me to post one star. If I could do no stars or minus stars I would.

Look below to see how many 1 stars there are. LOOK OUT. I had two appointments where I had to wait for 4 hours and for both of those no one showed up and no one called. When the parts were replaced the oven was still not functioning. I am now pursuing a refund. Failure to show up or call is intolerable and it happened twice. It is getting worse. Now they say they won't refund the cost of the parts that didn't work. Three times they said they would call back within 24 hours and twice they did not. I could barely understand the English of some of these hard working folks. Sears is the pits for repairs as far as I am concerned.

So far our experience with Sears has been dreadful. I as told a month ago that the refer would be replaced and nothing since!! The repairman said we needed a new compressor - where is it?

I waited 2 days for someone to show up. The first day my appointment was between 2:00 & 5:00. At 6:00 I changed the appointment to the next day between 10:00 & 2:00 the Technician showed up around 4:00 charge me $79 did not have the parts didn't seem like he really wanted to fix the dryer. Over all it was a terrible experience. As As of right now we got rid of our older dryer found a scratch and Dent dryer at sears bought it it does not work so now I'm not sure what to do I don't have my old dryer to fix should I fix the new one take it back-and buy another 1 for way more money this sucks.

My repair man came to my house in the window that they said he would however when he got here his computer was down so he couldn't figure out what to charge me. He spent 1 1/2 hours sitting in his truck waiting to get the price for the job and about 6 minutes actually changing the blades on my mower. The bill came to 99 dollars for the service call then 130 dollars PLUS TAX for the 6minutes he spent changing the blades. 40 bucks for the blades and my whole morning waiting for him to either get here or when he was here, waiting for him to get online. I called Sears to register my complaints to no avail. Won't work with of buy from Sears again
