Parts arrived and Sergii Installed the two controller boards for my glass top cook stove In short order. He showed me where one of the controller boards shorted out and you could see the little area where it overheated. Another fine job and satisfied customer.

Khanh was very friendly and helpful. He explained that the sound I was hearing was from the seam in the weld as it crosses over the roller. he offered to replace the roller, but said he didn't think that it would change the sound. He said if it was a roller, it would make a squealing sound
