Jestavian was efficient, professional and nice about showing my engineer husband what he was doing. He also gave us honest advice about our options and didn't just tell us to get a new dryer, even though ours is 23 years old. On the other hand, the AI scheduling system is awful, and it's impossible to get a live person on the phone.
