Thanks for coming out to fix the dishwasher! No more leaking. Only issue we've had is that the new upper arm keeps falling off. I may have figured out the issue, there is a little slot and tab needing a twist to give it a secure connection. Hopefully that fixed it and we won't have another service call. Overall, it was challenging getting the service from Sears. There were many cancellations sent by the automated system on the day of service, and we had arranged to be home for the 8-5 arrival. It took 2 months total to get the diagnosis and fix. Dan was very professional and quick to install the parts. Thanks again!

Kory did an excellent job. But the communication with the company was AWFUL. I got a text and email saying he would be arriving first at 9:34, then between 11:34 and 11:19. He didn't arrive until about 12. Kory also didn't know that was the time he was expected to arrive. And trying to contact your office was VERY frustrating, going through multiple menus, when I just wanted an update on when he was going to arrive. Having an Indian call center do these calls was also AWFUL, with my often not understanding what they were saying.

Unfortunately my problem was not solved. A lot of time could have been saved if when I informed customer service that the gasket was torn he would of told me that repairing it is not covered under the maintenance plan and the cost would be over $400 to repair it. Basically the only thing covered under the plan is the motor and the ice maker. Thankyou Sear's.

Daniel was knowledgeable I do feel the service time-telling me between 8 and 5 is a little too long. My day was wasted waiting around. Should be 8-12 and 1-5. I waited all day and they had some issues with another repair job. Also the repair guys need to cover their shoes with protective cloth when entering the home. I also feel the cost to repair was too high. may do more checking around in the future.

We were almost a month without a washing machine. First I was contacted by what I thought was a human named Richard to ask what was going on. I gave the trouble codes that the washer showed to this individual in hopes of having parts pre ordered for my service appointment . Come to find out Richard was an AI chat bot. So after waiting all day for my tech to show up a week later, a tech showed up, pulled the diagnostic trouble codes (that I had already provided) and ordered parts. He rescheduled us a week later to have the parts installed, A day before my scheduled appointment, they said there was a parts delay and they rescheduled. All the parts had arrived. My wife took a day off the following week for the 2nd rescheduled appointment, Missing a day's wages, only to receive a text late into the appointment block that they were not coming. This happened 2 more times. I tried getting ahold of customer service and was unable to contact a human as they are all artificial intelligence driven. When Sergi was finally able to make it out 1 month and 1 day after the original request for service(3 missed days of wages and 3 trips to a laundromat later) He said they are short handed. That is the companies issue not the consumer. The lack of a compassionate human to explain things is an absolute failure in customer service. I had no choice but to wait and be treated like a second thought because of the service contract I purchased and Sears home service being the authorized repair provider. I would recommend that if you don't want to be in the customer service industry that you get out of it because the service you provide is absolutely horrible.

Tyler was professional, friendly and explained everything extremely well. It's a shame he works for this terrible organization. Cancelled appointments, emails at 10:30 at night reminding us that our tech was on the way, after cancelling on us. The part was a complete rip off in terms of price. And the worst part was not being able to to reach an actual person during the process. Worst business ever. Tyler would get 5 stars, but the company would get zero if that were possible.
