I am absolutely bowled over by the wonderful technician who helped us with our refrigerator. Tyler knew exactly what was happening, educated us about our frig model, and suggested preventative steps to avoid the problem in the future. And his personality and friendliness made this visit a real pleasure - and on a Saturday too!

James did an excellent job!!! The last technician didn't know anything about Humidifier's and wasn't even qualified to change the pad on the humidifier so please send out tech's that know what they are doing. The tech that was supposed to show up the day before didn't show up and lied that he had been here.Didnt have the common courtesy to call and let me know he wasn't coming!! I called customer service, but they are no help, all they can do is reschedule and try to sell you a new maintenance agreement that's not even due for4 months. Very very disappointed with Sears., their customer service has really gone downhill. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years

Tyler was knowledgeable and honest. Explained the parts and process. Scheduling was an issue. While we received a voice mail and email for delay in the repair appointment due to a tech being pulled, it's the businesses responsibility to get another tech to replace the appointment for the day. We had already waited a week. Our appointment was pushed back another 3 days.
