Excellent experience from start to finish. I can’t say enough. It was very easy to request an appointment on the website, and there was good communication via email and text. Ralph was here twice, first to diagnose the problem, and again to install the new part. He was outstanding - Professional. Methodical. Personable. Best of all, because this is a small town, Ralph lives in my neighborhood. You do pay more for the Sears Repair reputation, but they have never let me down. Whirlpool Washer, factory part had shredded.

Repair man was knowledgeable, professional and seems a nice guy. He was here first thing too, so I wasn't waiting all day. He's been here twice now, for different appliances, and I've had the same experience both times. Thank you for your help.

I just had a Sears technician out for a leaking washer a couple of hours ago. He said it was not leaking and charged me $109.00 and left. My washer is leaking right now from the water he ran through it and I can't get in touch with the office to talk to a real person. I am livid! They want me to schedule another appointment and pay again for what wasn't fixed today.
