Alex made a valiant effort to repair our washer, but ultimately it was deemed unrepairable. He was on time for both appointments and we appreciated the time and effort he put into trying to get it working. He was able to quickly process a warranty replacement claim for us.

Paul was great and easily diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher ( unlike the previous technician). He was professional and friendly. Sears' customer service line with only AI is awful. It is a waste of time and not helpful in the least. You need at least some human support staff to reasonably problem solve with customers.
