Paul is great but AI customer service is not!
Paul was great and easily diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher ( unlike the previous technician). He was professional and friendly. Sears' customer service line with only AI is awful. It is a waste of time and not helpful in the least. You need at least some human support staff to reasonably problem solve with customers.

Paul was awesome, customer service sucks,I had two appointments canceled for no reason, no explanations it took almost 4 weeks to fix, Paul was here for 45 minutes and it was fixed I will not recommended Sears to fix anything, AI doesn't work,
