Alex made a valiant effort to repair our washer, but ultimately it was deemed unrepairable. He was on time for both appointments and we appreciated the time and effort he put into trying to get it working. He was able to quickly process a warranty replacement claim for us.

Paul was great and easily diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher ( unlike the previous technician). He was professional and friendly. Sears' customer service line with only AI is awful. It is a waste of time and not helpful in the least. You need at least some human support staff to reasonably problem solve with customers.

Paul was awesome, customer service sucks,I had two appointments canceled for no reason, no explanations it took almost 4 weeks to fix, Paul was here for 45 minutes and it was fixed I will not recommended Sears to fix anything, AI doesn't work,

Called me when he was on his way. He was very nice and pleasant. Worked clean and cleaned up some lint that came out while moving the dryer. Worked efficiently and put everything back. He made sure it worked properly and showed me it now heats. Great service!
