Very knowledgeable, courteous and responsible. Sears not so much as compressor arrived several days prior to Al being made available to install. LG also very slow to ship compressor and we were without our refrigerator for 2 weeks after requesting help

Dustin was courteous and efficient. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem. The bad review goes to whomever was scheduled to service the dishwasher originally on 9/25 but did not show up.

I got an appt for the day after I called Sears service. No waiting! (P.s. I don't appreciate the upselling. All I wanted was an appointment to get my appliance fixed. Knock it off with all the rest of that stuff, okay? ) The service tech was honest about what the problem was, what he could do, and what he did. He explained everything thoroughly, outlined my options, and allowed me to make an educated choice. He was careful to keep my property clean and undamaged while he worked. He was quick and efficient: he didn't waste my time or his time.
